Pine Terrace Residence is a contemporary private residence surrounded by a pine forest, designed as a calm and elegant retreat for everyday living. The project includes private bedrooms, an open kitchen and living area, a home office, a garage, terraces, a swimming pool and a green inner courtyard.
The architecture is based on a refined combination of warm wood, dark stone, graphite metal details and panoramic glazing. Clean geometry, natural materials and carefully planned outdoor spaces create the feeling of a private resort within the site.
In this project, we focused on the quality of living rather than excessive scale. Every detail — from the layout to the landscape and lighting scenarios — was designed to create comfort, privacy and a strong connection with nature.
