Architectural design
Preliminary design
This stage is intended primarily for the construction customer. A preliminary design allows you to assess the potential and attractiveness of a given investment project.
The architect’s tasks include general zoning of the territory, placement of infrastructure facilities, division of objects into classes, search for volumetric and spatial planning solutions for the future object or complex. The preliminary design gives an understanding of how many buildings and structures can be built within the framework of a given project, what infrastructure facilities need to be included as part of the project. As a result, this information makes it possible to take a rough look at the entire project. Assess its strengths and weaknesses. The composition and set of documentation is discussed by agreement.
Project proposal
A project proposal is being developed to determine urban planning, architectural, structural, engineering and environmental solutions for the facility. Developed in accordance with technical specifications and customer wishes.

Reinforced concrete structures
Working drawings are developed directly for the process of performing construction and installation work. Working drawings are carried out on the basis of architectural drawings and assignments from related sections of the design and others.
To clarify or determine the geometric dimensions of the elements of the designed building and the necessary reinforcement of reinforced concrete elements (columns, pylons, slabs and panels of floors and coverings, beams, stairs), as well as brick and block walls, engineering calculations of the entire building and its individual elements are performed. Similar calculations are carried out when using load-bearing metal structures. Drawings of the KZh brand are made in the form of layout diagrams of structures and specifications of structures for these diagrams. The specifications provide complete information about the materials and structures used for construction. If necessary, drawings of components and parts of individually manufactured building structures (monolithic structures) are made. The volume of completed drawings and specifications of the KZh brand allows the customer to estimate the cost of implementing the load-bearing structures of the building and their labor intensity.
Design interior
Sketch design project
A sketch design project is a concept for organizing the interior space of your premises without indicating the materials used, layouts, communication plans, without heating, electrical and plumbing diagrams, without a list of finishing materials. Simply put, this is a simplified 3D visualization, or 2D collage displaying the future concept of your interior.
By ordering such a simplified sketch design project, you can quickly get solutions for your premises from professionals, without going into detail. It will be much cheaper than the full project. A sketch allows you to save time and money, but does not allow you to find out all the details and subtleties for the implementation of this project. You can add some drawings from a comprehensive design project, such as a conditional plan, or zoning of the territory. A preliminary design can be useful to someone who is technically savvy; having a simple project, he can explain to the builders what and how to do it, without the need for detailed drawings.

Author's supervision
We strive to ensure that the client is satisfied not only with the design decisions on paper, but also with the final result, therefore we accompany the project at all its stages. Architectural supervision allows you to control the accuracy of repair and construction work, prevent deviations from decisions made, and promptly identify and eliminate possible errors.
Author's supervision is:
-Regular visits of the architect to the site to monitor the execution of work and their compliance with the drawings.
-If necessary, development of additional drawings with adjustments.
Terms: author's supervision is carried out after approval of the Architectural Project or Design Project , for the period agreed with the client and specified in the contract. If construction is not completed within the agreed period, an additional contract is concluded.
Designer's supervision is carried out during working hours, or by prior agreement between the parties.
Object configuration
The object configuration of the facility includes the following types of work:
- designer visits to showrooms, stores, manufacturers independently or with the customer
- selection and purchase of furniture, plumbing, equipment
- selection and purchase of lamps
- selection and purchase of finishing materials (floor coverings, paints, wallpaper, tiles, etc.)

Layout and prototyping
Our workshop has its own equipment, experienced specialists, as well as experience in the field of prototype production. We use the most modern technologies, advanced software Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Inventor CAM, SolidWork, 3D Compas. Our machines allow us to produce prototypes, parts, products and elements designed on a PC by layer-by-layer printing with an accuracy of up to 100 microns and a minimum layer height of 0.1 mm or 100 microns, microns. Cutting and milling of parts and elements with a cutting accuracy of 50 microns.
