We have designed a series of apartments that fit harmoniously into the existing landscape. The concept combines a modern hotel building and traditional tropical villas. The unique warm tropical climate allows tourists to be received all year round, and local attractions and infrastructure can satisfy the expectations of the most demanding travelers.
The complex terrain of this region and the territory of the allocated area largely dictated the shape of the structure. For design in this region, it was necessary to take into account anti-seismic standards and measures. Another difficult task was to develop an underground parking with a usable roof in conditions of large differences in relief.
