We have created an interesting, innovative building architecture that immediately attracts attention. The building fits harmoniously into the existing modern buildings. The first floor of the building is used for commercial purposes. The semi-open roof structure is a very practical solution and makes the concept particularly unique. There is also a unique restaurant with a view on the top floor.

Ijburg is one of the few places where full-fledged houseboats exist. While in the center of Amsterdam it’s usually just a barge moored along the canal bank, here there’s a whole floating block. These houses have one feature: they can change and move at the request of the owners. For example, you can moor a pontoon with a greenhouse or lawn to your house. Or expand your existing home by purchasing a module with additional rooms. The houses are assembled like a kit. Our concept is made in the same stylistic design, as if from a construction set.
