Club house/ Hong Kong

This project combines elegance, privacy and a high level of comfort. The architecture of the house is inspired by modern trends, but with classic elements that create a sense of status. Natural materials are used: stone, wood, glass, which emphasizes prestige and durability.

The interior space is designed to make each resident feel special: spacious apartments with panoramic windows, stylish public areas, lounge spaces, a gym, a spa and private terraces. Unique lighting, soft interior shades and thoughtful details create an atmosphere of comfort and luxury. This area is rapidly developing. There is a need to increase the housing stock in the region. We were tasked with designing a separate, self-sufficient complex with a distinctive and recognizable appearance. Unusual and at the same time easy-to-implement solutions should convey a modern approach to planning and organizing space.
