A tourist center located on the Atlantic coast in southeast Florida in Miami-Dade County. The project was carried out in a modern style, using modern materials and technologies.
The building is three-story with panoramic glazing and an open plan, has many terraces with cantilevered shade canopies.

We have developed a modern space with good insolation. Natural finishing materials were used in the project. The concept harmoniously combines glass, metal, concrete, and wood.
