This is a business class residential complex, entry to which is strictly controlled. The project is located in the resort area of Hainan Island. The complex consists of 5 towers, underground parking, and a closed internal area. The advantage of this project is a completely closed area with developed internal infrastructure.
Dense vegetation surrounds the complex and the tropical climate is very characteristic of this region. There are several swimming pools and decorative ponds on the territory of the residential complex.
One of the largest projects of our studio was developed for a Chinese development company. Own park, car-free yard. A large number of commercial premises and landscaped areas create convenience for residents of the complex.
