The villa is landscaped with terraces and a patio for barbecue. Inside there is everything you need for a first-class holiday.
Our task was to design a unique architectural image, with a modern and recognizable style. A married couple wanted to build housing in a beautiful, peaceful place with developed infrastructure and close accessibility to the centers of a busy and eventful life. Original solutions and natural finishing materials emphasize the style of the concept. The technical equipment includes a Smart Home system, central air conditioning, its own elevator, as well as an alarm system with motion sensors and video cameras. The layout features a unique living room with direct access to the pool and garden.
At the request of the client, a modern and technological project was created. The architects were faced with the task of completing the work in the shortest possible time. The most difficult processes were the search for “uniqueness” and combining the client’s wishes into a single concept. As a result of our work, we have created a thoughtful architecture that contains everything necessary for a comfortable stay and corresponds to the parameters of luxury real estate in Spain.
